Online Scheduling of Conference Presentations/Speakers/Special Events
Once presentations are approved, they may added to the conference schedule using a online scheduling tool. Because all data is stored in the online databases, any changes to any of the session details (speaker name, time, change in status of a proposal, etc) the online schedule immediately reflects these important changes.

Online and Printed Programs
Once the program is finalized, administrators may select one of several page layouts for the online conference schedule (calendar views, list views, ) or preview the print layout (presentation information, date/time, and speaker bios) in a web browser before printing the file to a PDF document, ready for copying and distributing at the conference. Conference data may also be exported so that it can be used other publishing and design programs.
